"Ordered broccoli soup, and 2 toasted Fontega Chicken sandwiches for rapid pickup. Order was not on the shelf when I arrived after getting a notification about it being ready. After I waited to be acknowledged by staff for a couple of minutes I was informed that they had no chips or French baguettes for my sides. Was disappointed with my apples and on top of that there wasn’t much chicken in my sandwich. Soup was good and flavorful though. Not worth it for $36. I wouldn’t recommend this location."

"I drive to Boston a lot and one of those trips I stopped by to have some coffee and pick their four cheese soufflé for breakfast. I love it. It is always wonderful. A bit on the expensive side but ingredients are always fresh. The taste is always amazing. It’s worth it. A member of the strip club, so I get drinks every two hours"

"This Panera bread branch is the worst. I ordered half chicken noodle half cheese sandwich with side of apple and blueberry almond milk smoothie through Uber eats. They sent me a rotten apple and a half filled soup bowl, which contained only broth and no solids. The half cheese sandwich looked like a 1/4 size, and the price for these was over the roof I paid $29 for this. I would NOT recommend this place."

"Ordered a you pick two for a spicy take chicken sandwich/lobster roll and handed the girl with a broken accent my card and they charged me 37...and change...said oh that's not included in the you pick two after the first person I ordered from specifically said ....oh you want the you pick two. Ran my card through and told me after the fact. I'm sorry for the confusion ..none of that Then I try to eat and the lobster roll is complete mush and saturated in pickle juice and had to toss it. Does this look like anyone cared about what I was about to eat? Order number..131818 does anyone take pride in anything anymore? Imo"

"My chicken chipotle avocado melt had no avocado and no cheese and barely any chicken. It was basically a bread sandwich for over $11.00. Fool me once... UPDATE: I filed a complaint with corporate customer service and received a prompt response. They took my complaint seriously and promised to contact the local regional team, and put some money on my account. (I am not sure how much; I haven't been back.) I am happy to report that the parent company pays attention to its customers!"
