Dunkin'

"By far the worst Dunkin on the island. DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE!!! Got 2 hot chocolates that were basically water with chocolate powder chunks. Absolutely disgusting. The staff talk about you thinking they aren't being heard and take forever to acknowledge you. They don't even let you use the bathroom. Terrible service and terrible water of money."

"Worst Dunkin ever. Service is awful. Staff has the worst attitude. Inside is dirty. Food is below average. At least they are consistent. Never going back in there. I've given them several chances."

"To be honest, every time I come here, my hopes are high...only to have those hopes crushed. They ALWAYS make the food incorrectly. Saying they always make it wrong it isn't even an exaggeration. You're better off going to the West Main Dunkin, where they can at least put cheese on a bacon egg AND CHEESE sandwich. Also get nicer staff."

"As a new resident to Portsmouth, I expect my local Dunkin to be at least somewhat of a decent experience when I stop in. It’s been a nightmare every visit. Today I ordered a tea with steamed milk and was rudely told by a manager that I wasn’t at Starbucks and that I can’t just come up with my own drink. After she handed me my other drink, she continued and asked me if I knew I was at Dunkin and not Starbucks. Other experiences I’ve had included instead of handing me my change after paying for my order, they put it directly into the tip jar and walk away. I always leave a tip however expecting the leftover from a $10 bill on a $2.45 order is ridiculous. When I asked for my change they viciously grabbed the tip jar and handed me a few dollars and said they don’t know how much change it was because they already cleared the order. I’d love for the owner to fix the attitude of their employees because they are miserable. If you are one of the few employees that put a smile on your face at work then please know that I am not referring to you."

"Literally the worst experience at a Dunkin or any other food service establishment in my life. After placing my order, I was rudely denied access to the restroom despite being a paying customer. My husband stepped to the side to get a better look at the rolled in paper taped to the door and was again rudely informed by another employee (possibly manager?) walking by that it was NOT a public restroom. No eye contact, no apology. At this point I canceled my order and requested my money back since the purchase had not been completed and I hadn't received my change. I had to ask several times and finally demand it as they were insisting I would have to wait while they "processed the refund." I told them they could figure it out on their own time since there was no one else in the store. My $20 bill was then thrown at me. As we turned to leave, one of the employees started yelling rude comments behind our backs which erupted into a shouting match between her and my husband. I am still dumbfounded that this actually happened in real life. No more Dunkin for us."
