"Strawberry coolatta didn’t taste right. It was very gross. Donuts were undercooked! I’m 17 weeks pregnant I shouldn’t have to worry about donuts being undercooked. I hope I don’t get sick. I used to work at dunks many years ago I know what they should look like also that coolatta shouldn’t taste so off. It’s hard to make a simple coolatta."

"Food is passable, but is just warmed up processed junk. Service is terrible. Go in and kids are no where to be found. Wait at the counter is 10 min even with no line. They don't pay attention unless you drive up. Try to enjoy your purchase in the dining room and get the soothing profanities screamed back and forth of the teen staff with no adult supervision. Just close your doors!"

"2nd time I went here and at 11 am on a Saturday, no donuts? The other week no coffee either. Machine was broken. This store has great workers and none of these things may be their fault, but management needs to take notice. Not the end of the world, I know, but Starbucks is up the road. Just saying."

"Ordered my normal large iced milk and sugar I get 2-3x daily, it was the worst tasting coffee I’ve ever had and I worked at dunks for my first job. It wasn’t cold brew, decaf or any accidental pour it was old bitter disgusting iced coffee that sat for a long time before it was given. I tried to call and be nice without complaining I didn’t want my money or a new coffee I just wanted to tell them they needed to A: check that container of iced coffee, and B: make a new batch. But nobody answered the phones and the voicemail is full. So here I am leaving a review which I don’t think I’ve ever done for a business in my life but it was so bad I had to."
