"Five Guys food, in general, is great. This location is staffed with friendly people. We had an issue with our order that wasn't the fault of the store, but they corrected it anyway and remade the burger with a smile and apologetic attitude. The customer service is definitely great. I would patron this location for their customer service alone. The only complaint I can mention is the drink station wasn't that clean, but when you have customers serving themselves sodas, this is usually expected. I wouldn't rate it as neglectfully gross. Overall, I would absolutely come back and recommend to friends/family."
"$15 for a blaa burger & overly salty fries is too much. Fries weren't terrible just too salty & I ♡ salt, but ughh.. Burger was eeeh. Soggy and flavorless. They need to work on their pickle game.. or something. Won't be back."
