"Although I don't often eat at chains, I was craving steak and was really hungry. began with spicy chicken bites, which were a substantial portion for one person and served as an app. freshly produced, with the ideal ratio of spice to sweetness. My 6 ounce filet was properly seasoned, cooked to perfection, and served with excellently prepared mashed potatoes. I would definitely suggest it to anyone looking for delicious apps and steak."

"I don't normally did chain restaurants but I was hungry and was in the mood for steak. Started with spicy chicken bites as an app and was a huge serving for one person. Perfectly balance between sweet and spicy and freshly made. I got the 6 oz filet for my steak and it was nicely season and perfectly cooked and the mashed potatoes were just right. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting good steak and great apps."

"It was my birthday dinner tonight. I asked for medium well. They cooked my steak rare the first time and I sent it back. They apologized and they brought my steak and it was still cooked medium rare!!!! A nice kitchen manager told me they will take it off my check because they messed up twice but when it was time to pay a rude manager lady told me I had to pay for the steak they told me not to worry about on the bill! She stated the steak policy was for them to take it back then a nice male manager came and apologized for the mistake and took it off the bill again but when I get home and check what they gave me I realized they completely burnt the steak they gave me for free! They were going to charge me for a steak that was completely burnt and gave me so much trouble for! Completely ruined my birthday dinner. I have been there so many times but this time I have never been so disappointed in their service and the way they dealt with it by giving me a completely burnt steak. This was a very unethical and extremely frustrating restaurant experience. The least they could've done is provided a decent service and cooked the steak medium well but instead they burnt the steak so bad I had to throw it in the trash as soon as I got home. I am extremely disappointed that they would ruin my birthday dinner and burn the steak so badly that I had to leave this review. Never again"
