"Ordered a BLT and it came back with old bread and cold bacon. When I complained they offered to remake it but would be with the same cold bacon and bread. I expected more from this establishment. I couldn’t eat it and threw it out. No refund either."
"Generally a great place but once in a while you get an employee or manager that puts in less than the normal quantity of fries in to the bag. The overflow of fries is a part of what makes 5 Guys Restaurants premium, and fun. This is not an inexpensive place."
