"What a great find. We were looking for a place for a beer and a bite before an event at the auditorium. Just a short minute walk towards downtown and it smelled so good we had to stop in. Not going to play the lottery because I just used up all my good luck finding this place. The pulled pork was some of the best I've had. Nice beer selection and really friendly service."

"Great food and beer. Excellent service. I got the smoked Wings. Totally delicious. Slow smoked for 4+ hours I'm told. Limited craft beer available, but I tried the True North Hazy IPA Season of the Witch. It was also delicious, a Double IPA. Sahiana, the bartender, was superb. I'll have her wait on me any time."
"This place made my southern heart happy! The food was everything I expected in superb soul food. Those collard greens were chefs kiss. The service was great and personal. The owner even came over and chatted for a minute to make sure we enjoyed it and had enough to eat, which is true southern charm. We will absolutely be back. I highly recommend this place."
"This bar b q joint was pretty good. Everything was steaming hot and tasty. What was good is that nothing was overpowering. The amount of bar b q sauce was just right. Not the best bar b q I've had but it sure was not the worse! First visit was in April hence the Easter themed flight of drinks. Pretty good. No pic of the ribs but there were tasty too. Recommend!"
