"Normally I think it’s pretty pointless to leave reviews of fast food places but I actually think corporate needs to reassess some things here. I frequent this location as it’s close to my work and I’m not joking, my order has never been made correctly a single time I’ve gone and tonight what I got was so insanely off from what I actually ordered I was like there’s no way bro…."

"I’ve been to this Chipotle location nearly once a week for the past four years. Unfortunately, a common occurrence is for there to be three employees working the take out orders and only one left to run the walk in station and the register. This leads to unreasonably long lines and puts a lot of pressure on the poor employee stuck working the line. The last time I went, I witnessed fifteen people get out of line and leave after waiting in line for an extensive period of time. At this point if you aren’t ordering to go at this location, you are better off driving to Natick or Framingham. It’s a shame as this is my closest location but until these standards improve its simply not much of an option"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Chipotle at 300 Needham St, Newton, MA: I recently dined at Chipotle at 300 Needham St, Newton, MA, and I must say that the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and willing to customize my order to my liking. They were patient in explaining the various options available, which made the whole ordering process enjoyable. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant ambiance for dining in. I appreciated the efficiency of the service, as there was minimal waiting time even during peak hours. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is the spiciness level of the chicken. While I enjoy a bit of heat, the hot pepper on the chicken was a tad overpowering for my taste buds. I believe toning down the spiciness would make it more enjoyable for customers who prefer a milder flavor. Overall, I had a positive experience at this Chipotle location and would definitely return for their excellent customer service. If they adjust the spiciness of the chicken, it would be a solid five-star experience for me."

"Updated on 2/1/23: Much better than before. They do have enough staff to provide walk-in service, not only for online orders,and they also accept cash. This place is on par with other Chipotle locations, but the potions are less generous and filling. But fair value overall. Older review from four months earlier: Sorry to write a bad review, but it was pretty bad on a Thursday around 7 pm. Incredibly long line (15-20 people), it took us about half an hour (!!) . The four guys behind the counter and the others in the kitchen worked hard and diligently, but were overwhelmed by the number of customers in line, plus phone and web orders. One of them was tired and stressed out, said he'd been working since the morning (12 hours...) Dirty tables and chairs outside, freezing A/C inside :-/ The place is not working well, maybe they should stop taking online orders?.."

"This was my go-to Mexican restaurant in the neighborhood. I liked a lot before and visited it monthly, or more, during the past three years. Like before, I placed a mobile order on the past Sunday. It was not until I got home that I found a left-over plate as shown in the picture. I got back to the restaurant and confronted the staff who placed my order. The staff questioned whether I had tampered the food. :(( (To his credit, he did replace the food for me.) All in all, it was a disappointing experience. It is such a pity how this place has degenerated over time!"
