With the pita having fresh grill marks, the pickled turnips adding a bit of sour and sweet, the meat is perfectly seasoned, and the tzatziki sauce mellowing out the spice, simply perfect! Not to mention phenomenal fries and the stuffed grape leaves are surprisingly complex and SO satisfying. Flavors you do not get to enjoy outside of Prince Ali's wonderful cuisine.
