"Food usually good but what's the deal with the drive-thru lane order queue inconsistency? More often than not, one lane will take 4-5 orders while the other, even though it has the same number of cars, will take 1 order. The result is like a 5:1 ratio, so if you pick the wrong lane, you end up being served after people who have arrived and not had to wait. I have been stuck in Lane 2 while the car in front of me waits to order, but lane 1 will continuously take orders. I'll wait 10 minutes to place an order, but meanwhile cars that just arrived in the other lane will be given priority and have their order taken and be pushed through to the window. Why not just alternate back and forth?"
"Got home and was missing my hashbrowns I was charged for out of my last 5 visits to this McDonald's 4 times I was missing items that I paid for. I am handicapped and I don't drive. I often would stop here after Dr appointments .I get dropped off by my ride to find out I was cheated out of my food and money. I don't have any way to go back to get the problem resolved being unable to drive."
