"Staff at the drive-through first tried to tell me that I couldn’t use my coupon for free fries because my initial order (a McDouble) didn’t total over $2 … **and then tried to charge me over $3 for that same McDouble** the second I told him to cancel the fries and just give me the sandwich. I think the dude at the drive through is deliberately overcharging the customers and pocketing the difference."
"HORRIBLE service. i ordered a few things including a big breakfast and two extra hash browns. so in total, i should be getting three hash browns. there’s only two in the bag. i brought it up to the manager lady, she starts YELLING at me like a lunatic. she refused to give me the missing hash brown because i didn’t have a receipt even though they never gave me one. it’s not my fault you didn’t put paper in the printer. by the way she acted you would think i was trying to rob her or something. i told her i paid $30 and she rang up my order again and said “it’s only $28” YES BECAUSE I GOT CHARGED FOR AN EXTRA HASH BROWN, WHICH IS THE MISSING $2, you moron. literally the epitome of ignorance. the franchise owner should really think about replacing her because that was THE WORST experience i’ve ever had at McDonalds in my life."
"These people suck. They don't know what they are doing when taking peoples orders. I scanned my phone to use one of the promo's they had on their app. I paid with my debit card and after the transaction goes through, they said that I needed to pay cash in order to scan my phone. I told them that the transaction was already charged on my card and they said that it would be refunded. So I gave them cash and the whole thing is over. I check to see if I got refunded from them and they never refunded my order. I go back the next day to dispute the charge with them, I spoke to the person from the night before who took my order. He happened to recognize me and knew my situation. He called his manager and I told her what was going on. They refused to give me a refund because I didn't have a receipt (because they never gave me one even though I asked for it). I tell them to check the cameras so they see I am not lying and they refuse to. The person who I first spoke to (which was the person who took my order the night before) then said that he didn't recognize me at all. They told me to call me bank to dispute the charge and my bank told me that it was going to be hard to get the charge back because I had no receipts. Moral of the story is that you shouldn't come here because the service sucks, the attitude is horrendous, and they don't treat their costumers right. I am one who rarely rights reviews but this was a must. Go to a different place."
