"Stopped by on 9/1 with my kids and my teenage son wanted a trim. They have a sign that says "WALK INS" but apparently they don't like accepting walk ins? They had one client and two stylists. I was weary of the price for his trim and tried explaining what he wanted she cut me off and Cassie asked if we could just come back tomorrow and we agreed to at 1pm. She then ranted on about making sure we would come back for his apt I assured her twice before leaving. Whole experience was rude immediately regretted making the apt. Regardless, we came back today for the apt areiving EARLY and the shop was CLOSED. Waited around for a while to make sure someone didn't take a quick break or anything and called the store but nothing. Just closed."

"Stopped by this morning to get my 18 month old a haircut. Nikki was able to fit us in and did a great job working with my little one. Giving a haircut to a toddler isn’t easy, and I was very impressed- what we got was far better than anything at a fancy children’s salon. Will definitely come back!"

"I only go to Cassie to get my haircut. I drive from the cape 30 min away because I don’t trust anyone but her. During the pandemic I was forced to try a few other places and nobody does as good a job as her. She cut my hair for my wedding as well as every other event I’ve been to in the past 7 years.
