"Absolutely horrible service they're cooking staff was not wearing proper hygiene gear while handling food. Both their wait staff and management are horrible the manager mark saw me at the counter waiting to pick up my online order and proceeded to help customers that came in after me very unprofessional staff and the food was horrible. the owner of this restaurant Jan Matthews really needs to take care of this problem immediately"

"I've stopped here many times over the years and I've never had a bad meal and it's always consistent. On this visit I was craving a awful awful and honestly it tastes the same now as it did in the 70's when I had my first one. If you're not familiar with the awful awful it is a milkshake. The only difference between now and then is as a kid we were paying .99¢ as opposed to six and change, but still worth it from time to time."

"The food was Well let's say not so good The worst breakfast I ever had and waiting staff were very rude. I asked for a well done omeleit came out and it was not well done. The waitress got an attitude about me stating that it wasn't well done .Then had the nerve to come over and ask me. What was wrong with the my food why wasn't eating it I said it sucks I own my own business and I never write bad reviews. Giving you one star is being generous. I will never be back"

"Went Sat night with 2 other couples after dinner out for dessert. After all 6 of us ordered, waitress returned to tell us there were no waffle cones. Really? It's an ice cream shop. Not good. We understood and made other selections. Had a fun time and tipped well. Thought: Ought to play upbeat, happy music for patrons, even if it's instrumental. Atmosphere needs energy."

"I’m going to guess don’t show up there at the 8 o’clock. It took 20 minutes for someone to notice us. Even though we were the only people in the restaurant. Then they gave us attitude when we asked to be seated. After throwing the menus at us, we decided it was time to leave. So I never got to try the food. Considering there was nobody else left in the restaurant. I’m guessing that wasn’t going to be very good either. If you’re not happy about working somewhere, please quit."
