Smashburger

"The food at Smashburger in Attleboro is good, but their customer service needs a lot of work, especially when it comes to their closing times. They say they close at 9:30 PM, it's on the door sign outside, their website, and app - but my experiences haven’t matched up. One time, I was told the dining room was closed and it wasn't even 9 PM yet (and they're supposed to close at 9:30 PM). There was no sign saying the dining area was closed, and they didn’t inform me when I ordered but after I ordered and sat to eat, which was an inconvenience. Another time, I came in at 9:15 PM, and noticed that there were many people dining in - at least three seperate tables - and so, I did too and no one said anything. But then, I came in another time after that at exactly 9 PM, and the same employee who told me I couldn't dine in the first time came all the way to my table well 'after' I sat to eat to tell me the dining area was closed. I was disappointed and felt it was rude especially since I had already started to eat and wouldn't take more than a few minutes. I explained to the employee that it's 9:00 and that I dined in at 9:15 the other night with many other people dining in too, and asked why it was okay to dine in late that last time but not now since it's earlier. They gave me a weird look and walked away without answering me nor giving me any sort of an explanation or apology for interrupting my meal. I find all this to be really off-putting. I totally understand if a fast food location needs 15 or so minutes to wrap up for the night, but not 30 or more minutes. I would also understand if they made it clear their dining area is closed ahead of ordering and were consistent about applying an early closure policy; otherwise, I feel it is a poor practice that translates to poor customer service."

"Overall not worth going. Last time here was 2 years ago and we remeber liking it, we were in the area so figured it was worth a try. Food was overall below par and overpriced, I got the brisket burger which was flavorless and bland. Brisket had no taste which is a shame because brisket is a favorite of mine. Wife got the BBQ burger overcooked as well. We shared the wings which had an odd taste to them. To top it off they had ran out of trays (which were stacked at the trash can which means they didn't get around to cleaning them). Also, their dirty and sticky booths stained my wife's clothes in 3 places when we sat down. Staff was nice enough and the woman that was running the cash till and brought the food out did seem apologetic about the situation. Wouldn't recommend, truly don't understand what has happened to this place."

"Food was terrible! Tables were disgusting! Ordered a classic made regular like menu shows. It came with no onion, no pickle. Husband ordered a Mac n cheese burger with the hot sauce. Came with no hot sauce. But on the plus side, the crew knows all the tik tok songs so hey there’s that."

"Weirdly enough, the day I went, they had no burgers, so I gave them a knock. Their service, even with a trainee, was above and beyond they even checked on me periodically to see how I was doing. My goal was to try their redesigned Nashville hot chicken sandwich. I would recommend it with extra pickles. It was super crispy and tasty and the right amount of hot. I wish it had a tad bit more sauce, but that didn't deter me from enjoying this sandwich. It's a good promotional item. Hopefully, I can get back there to enjoy it again. I went back and I can say I am okay with where it is a solid 4, not a top 5 place for me but a top 10 and that is saying a lot for a chain burger place. Their new special the burnt end burger has me wanting to go back multiple times, it is a really well-made burger, and the sauce is just near perfect."

"Great, Juicy, Fresh burger and good fries. Food delivered to your seat, and it was quite quick. Better than other burger places."
