"About every two weeks, I want a Wendy’s burger and think, “I’m ready to be hurt again.” Like returning to an ex-lover, this Wendy’s first shuts you out (of the lobby), then makes you wait (in the parking lot), and then plays with your emotions and keeps you coming back (by forgetting my drink so I have to pull around again). Good googly moogly, idk how any place that’s part of a fast food chain can be this bad every time. But at least they are consistent…ly bad. (Gotta imagine it starts at the top.) Update: It took a couple months this time, but I’ve returned…and they did not disappoint. My new favorite thing is hearing that the frosty machine is broken when it has been turned off for the night early. Update: Today, an hour after they opened, they couldn’t make a chicken biscuit meal because they hadn’t turned on the fryers yet. Update: today the registers were down so they couldn’t take any orders. “Why does this guy keep going back if he has such a problem with this location,” you surely ask. I am deeply fascinated and invested in this experiment at this point. It brings me joy. I should start a bingo card."

"An awful Wendy’s location. Rude & uncaring staff. The quality of the food is mediocre. If you are looking for a quick bite of fast food in the area just go to McDonalds instead."

"I came here tonight and ordered some dinner for me and my son and Lucas was on top of his game. Never once have I been to this Wendy's and had anyone that could figure out the change before the register even opened never once that I have someone at Wendy's get my order on the tray right the first time not only that but he made sure they were fresh fries and he was polite and courteous A Plus in my book you should hire more of Lucas"
