"I've ordered drinks without ice (I have a sensitivity to super cold drinks) and have always had the cup filled. I ordered a baja blast yesterday before work and the drive thru guy gave me the dirtiest look when I laughed and jokingly asked where the rest of my baja was. Its never been an issue before, why now? Did management change or something?"

"I’m not sure if it’s maps that needs to update their hours of operation, but I drove to this location (Newport Ave) for breakfast. On maps it says the dining area is open at 9. I arrived ten of 10. The doors were locked. Looking through the windows, you can see the chairs are up on the tables. There was a dark blue vehicle wearing Rudolf antlers and nose, parked in front of the building (assuming it belongs to the opener). The lights are not on."

"Employees never pay attention always talking and rushing that they always screw up the orders. I stopped going as much just because I’m sick of paying full price for half of my food. The tacos always come sloppy and a hot mess. Just got food tonight and again order messed up and sloppy."
