"What a great little spot! Wonderful flavors and dishes you don't usually find in a breakfast place. I loved the moluteño dish with a side of green sauce! There's a surprising number of tables inside for how small it seems from the outside and there's even some space to sit outdoors if you want to bring your dog. Service was great, and the prices are reasonable. Everything was great quality! Plenty of parking can be found in the lot across the street, but there are a few spots around and behind the building."

"First time here, we had a great time, fast service, everyone was very attentive. A bit small for large parties but tables were rearranged. The food was great large portions, a bit of everything which I loved, from home fries to refried beans, from hot chocolate to horchata. The greatest mix when you have picky eaters. We found our place. Cleanliness was great, does not smell like bacon, Franchesca is not like the others. We were pleasantly surprised that this place has been opened for 5 years."
