"18-Dec-2023 You should know before you read my review that on this day we were at the tail end of a nor'easter with wind blowing and rain pouring from the sky. Got to the Pelham, NH location and decided to take advantage of the McDonald's app to get a good deal or save a few dollars. Pulled into a parking space and ordered food online to be picked up at the drive-thru. No problem so far right? Keep reading. A car just coming in pulled into the drive-thru and so I pulled behind it. They ordered at the speaker and then pulled forward a little bit, just enough for me to get to the speaker. I gave the drive through associate my online order and they told me to drive on through. But I couldn't. There were five cars in front of me. 20 or more some odd minutes later then I finally made it up to the window where my food was sitting on the table in an open bag. My mother worked at McDonald's for 16+ years when I was a kid and I worked there for some time, too. I know how their drive-thru is supposed to work. If you don't already know, the drive-thru has a timer to ensure that the drive-thru fulfills the meaning of "fast food" without making the customer wait any longer than they should. I believe it is 1.5 minutes, but it is certainly not 5 minutes per vehicle. Also I wonder how long my food had been sitting there? In an open bag that is supposed to be closed?? No blame to the drive-thru cashier because she was as polite as she could be. However, it's up to the manager to have the "fast food" ready to go for every customer who drives through. And for anyone who has a special order then they should be waved forward or into a parking space so that others in the back of that car can get their food and get on their way. It may be McDonald's didn't want their employees to get wet but that's what drive-thru signed up for. It's called fast food for a reason. Instead I'm waiting in the drive-thru line for 20 some odd minutes for food that I should have gotten in 2 minutes or less. Very disappointing."
"ordered egg & cheese biscuit to go. found it very bland. biscuit was best part of it, but not that good. extremely disappointed. also felt it was expensive at over $4 for this."
"Was picking up a doordash order and nobody seemed to be at the speaker phone or window , i waited 20 minutes before being serviced and afterwards was greeted by a very self centered manager who by the way was wearing crocs to work when she should be wearing nonslips. I told her I was there for a doordash and she closed the window and proceeded to talk to two other female coworkers ignoring me. I beeped and knocked on the window to get there attention again finally one of the females attends me and for another 10 minutes they stand around talking to one another laughing and joking around when the longer I wait the more of my money is being lost and I’m being timed on bringing the food to my customer. This happens very often with the same manager (in case you need a description I believe she is Guatemalan) and there needs to be a change that was the worst experience I’ve had being at that McDonald’s. The food was cold by the way :)"
"Worse service at any McDonald’s. No crowd but they have u pull over and wait for your food. It’s a drive through. Don’t they understand people have to get back too work"
"McCafe concept location. Quick, clean, simple. Very mobile friendly. In location mobile kiosk makes things streamlined. Cafe style seating both indoor & outdoor. Full McDonalds menu. Staff and fast and friendly. Restaurant is clean."
