Taco Bell

"The service is quick and some staff is friendly. The food is mediocre and portions are skimpy. I have the Taco lovers pass. On the first day I couldn't use it because the app doesn't work 30 minutes before closing. Yesterday I came in and they were out of the item I ordered. Today the app just gave an uh oh. When I showed it to the cashier he did nothing to help. Also they don't label the different items in the bag."

"Very bed experience I ordered chicken burrito It was no chicken on it. And I got charged supeme at register stay away from this location it’s not the same price if you make order online or on the table at the store"

"I just left the Taco Bell in Natick mall . There was a young girl working there at the register with an attitude on her the whole time I asked her for a number one and a number four she messed it up and only gave me the supreme taco no hard taco or drink. I asked her isn’t the number four supposed to come with a hard taco and a drink she said no, but you only asked for the supreme taco I said no I asked for a number four. I asked her if she could just add the taco to it and give me the drink and she gave me the whole attitude and charged me for a another number 4 so I will not be coming back to this taco place. The food is very good but that behavior was unacceptable. I always come here I love Taco Bell. This is the first time I’ve had an issue with someone there and I’m a very understanding person so I didn’t need all the attitude that was given towards me."

"TRASH. LITERALLY BEEN WAITIN FIRSt 15 minutes with 2 people ahead of me. Some kid was cleaningg some random hung. The person who took my order could care less."

"Wow. I cant imagine why anyone would leave a positive review. Food cold, taco shell soggy. The food is overpriced and the staff is apparently too simple or the ownership is too greedy to push the water button on the soda fountain and keep another plastic bottle out of the ocean. Note water buttons on pic of their machine, they really are there, clearly at odds with the employees answer."
