"Easily the worst restaurant this side of the Sun. They don't have or know how to serve basic drinks. No ginger ale or even the basic of liquor just empty bottles and bar tenders who can't mix any drinks. The wait is agonizingly long for no apparent reason. I live in NY and have seen my fair share of.disasters but this one takes the cake. I read some good reviews which the management promptly replied to so I challenge them to respond to the negative ones too because those are the ones that need work. The ambiance is good and an opportunity that is being wasted thanks to terrible service. If the owner is reading this.... send an undercover customer and gather the response. If you care to know you will respond to this review."

"First off, food was great. Drunken noodles tasted good and the spring rolls were fresh. As far as the rest of the experience, not so great. The host/waitress was very nice. The waiter didn’t seem like he wanted to be there and was walking off as I was ordering. It wasn’t busy so I am not sure what the rush was. When it came time to pay, that was the worst part. I didn’t look at the bill prior to giving my card to them. When I was filling in the tip, I noticed I was charged for 2 drinks and 4 spring rolls. I only received 2 spring rolls but I did get a refill on my drink. I assume that was the double charge for the drink but didn’t bother to ask. Paid the bill but definitely won’t be back. Nearly $50 for one person to eat is pretty insane."

"We love eating here when traveling through MA. The pho is delicious and generously sized. My wife loves the vermicelli dishes. Great food and environment. Excellent service too. Highly recommend!"

"Great service ! Fast and friendly! Wonton soup was salty but pho was on the bland side Plenty of parking Was charged 2.00 for chili oil, if I had known I would have not got it (though it was just a condiment)"

"Took a chance despite the negative reviews and it was absolutely fine. Took a beef and spaghetti, though didn't take a soup because of different reviews about it. It was indeed a little bit over about the usage of oil. Could be reduced the amount of it without compromise the taste. Other than that the dish was tasty. The ginger ice tea was great. The service was as expected but I was there late winter evening. I would slightly increase the portion (for me it was tiny fit)."
