"They didn't start making my online order until I got there and then AFTER I paid told me they didn't have the fajita veggies so they just made it without. The reason they didn't have them was because "We shut the grill off an hour ago." I ordered my food at 8pm. I believe they close at 10 so they shut the grill off 3 hours before closing? and since I was there when you started making it why not tell me then that you didn't have the veggies? I wasn't going to take my order, but they told me that since it was an online order I would have to call Chipotle for a refund. My chicken Quesadilla's has beef in them and not just a few pieces, but was about 1/3 beef and 2/3 chicken. They cheese wasn't melted and it wasn't put together correctly. Beyond disappointed."
"Today, I went to this location for my lunch break, and what a disappointment and waste of my whole break. Upon entering the restaurant, I was surprised that nearly half of the menu was missing. While there was a sign stating, "Only credit cards, no cash," I believe it would have been considerate to inform customers about the missing items on the menu. Only after placing my order did I discover the limited selection, leaving me frustrated and feeling that I had been cheated with my money. What further compounded my disappointment was being charged the full price for a bowl that had only 3 items and missing nearly 4. It felt unfair to pay the regular price when I didn't receive the complete meal experience. As a customer, transparency about menu limitations is crucial, and the pricing should reflect the reduced offerings."
"The tables were dirty, no customers getting food, yet servers didn't come out to clean. No chips, no onions and peppers, no ice for fountain drinks, 3 napkins in dispenser, the juice dispenser wasn't flowing and looked disgusting. That area was also a mess. The food was so salty. I had a chicken and meat combo. Some of the meat was warm, and some was cold. This was at 1:00pm. This was my second time here. The first time wasn't that great, but I tried to give it another chance. The person who made my burrito was nice as was the perdon who took my card. BTW only cards could be used. No cash."
"I love eating chipotle bc the food is so good but today I’m definitely not going to be trying it again. I was in the middle of eating my order when I saw an ant crawl of the side of my bowl and start crawling on top of my plate. I was disgusted and immediately threw up and ran to video it. I’m very disappointed."
"I ordered bowl steak and pork and both I paid for "extra steak and extra pork". I also paid for both corns!!!!! Why does it look like it was a regular amount of meat when I paid extra? I thought I was just exaggerating but then I find out it also has no CORN that I ordered!!!!! I always eat here so i know how they portion it. Train your employees"
