"Quality of food is lacking, floors are disgusting behind counters, almost always missing items from orders. But worse of all you cant get help from employees! Especially if your TRANSGENDER! Employees including managers just stay in the back by prep and stare out into the lobby at you, laughing, talking amongst themselves and having other employees come take a look for themselves, for well over 10 minutes then another customer walks in and they proceed to run to the counter for them, take his whole order, walk away then another employee comes to the front finally and asks if i need anything!?!?! I AM A HUMAN BEING! I MAY LOOK DIFFERENT BUT IM IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT TRYING TO DO BUSINESS!!! I suggest trying a local taco shop. At least they understand that business is business doesn't matter what you look like, they treat you like any other customer. All these LGBTQ friendly companies are a joke! It's something they say they are so they look good. But when it comes down to it they hardly ever hire out of the communities and they do not treat equally as customer either. ENOUGH OF THESE FALSE CLAIMS!"

"Honestly this place is a hit or miss, somedays the food is really good, others not so much. Don't even bother going through the drive through around dinner time and 12am you'll be stuck in line for a good 20 minutes."

"Sign on the door says they're open at 8 a.m. showed up at 8:30 today and the lobby was locked. Doesn't seem very open to me. Normally this Taco Bell is really good with food, so I'm surprised that they can't even open the lobby at the time that they advertise. Guess I'll go somewhere else for breakfast from now on."

"The food tastes very good but the portions are ridiculously small. You have to buy two meals to be satisfied. I don't eat much, I eat like a little kid and was hangry after I ate the power menu. Now I prefer to go to other restaurants. No more taco bell."

"After not only waiting 20 minutes for my food, getting home and not having my entire order. They were nice about giving me the missed item for free, great no problem, what happens when I get home and JUST open my taco? Completely smashed, I’m not sure if this was a petty move but how can the employees think this passable to hand to a customer?"
