"In past Always been a great meal. But tonight the chicken, penne broccoli Alfredo and the chicken parm tasted like it was from the microwave. Neither dish was good. Caesar Salads were small and way too much dressing for price. Have had them in the past have been delicious, not tonight. Hopefully just a bad night. I go there frequently but for 2 over $100 with only one glass of wine, other person had soda was not worth it. Sorry hopefully this won’t happen again but it’ll be a while."

"I am a bit mixed on this place and could not believe I have lived in the area and never known about the place or even seen it. This spot is tucked away in downtown Medfield and you would never even know its there since its off the main street, tucked in a neighborhood behind the village shops. First off, this place is set up inside a house which is both good and bad, parking for this place (I would hate to be the neighbors) is tough and if you cant find a spot in the large lot across from the place, you are stuck almost parking on some neighbors lawn or blocking their driveway which we did. This place is not short on business, Saturday night their was a line out the door and unless you have a reservation, you are not getting into the place. The set up inside is tight, very odd, small booth areas in what looks like it used to be a living room, small tight cramped hostess station, bar in the back you have to seek out since its near kitchen and then an upstairs which has long banquet tables which was again, odd, but it worked. The menu here is a very large book, loaded with old school Italian dishes and speciality cocktails and an extensive wine list. The staff here is very good, friendly and fast and they keep up with the busy tables. The place is pretty loud inside and since its tight quarters its even louder. The food in this place is absolutely great, cooked to perfection, very tasty dishes, the veal parm was excellent and so was the calamari and the drinks are good as well. I was shocked, since I have not had anything close to North End Italian in the suburbs at all except maybe Sweet Basil in Needham. This place is great, aside from the odd set up inside and the parking, the prices were what you would expect and the portions are mid to large so you get plenty of food. What a treat and I was happily surprised to find a good restaurant outside Boston proper. Definitely will visit here again and may try take out as well."

"A really cool place in what used to be the legendary Frances Café.Totally revamped and modernized ,it has taken on a whole different persona.They have a great menu, our server Rob was wonderful, and we had a nice comfy booth in the corner for seven people. Looking forward to going back and trying more deliciousness."
