"Chili's in Plainville, Massachusetts, was amazing! My friend Caitlin and I went there to eat lunch on New Year's Day 2024, because An Unlikely Story wasn't open (we were going to tour the bookstore and have lunch at the café). As the saying goes, when one door closes, another one opens. Anyway, our server Melissa was very friendly and warm. The fried mozzarella and Chicken Bacon Ranch quesadillas I had for lunch was deliciously awesome! It was a really nice time, and I was very glad to spend it with Caitlin there. I haven't been to Chili's in a long time, so this was absolutely excellent!"

"Tough experience. Our waitress was super nice so nothing against her. My chicken sandwich came raw, and I mean RAW as could be and I didn’t notice it until after I took a bite. Waitress was super shocked and took it back and took it off my bill. Manager came over and explained what happened…didn’t make me feel any less nauseas. Went with the burger instead and it was fine just wicked greasy. This experience may have turned me off to any Chilis going forward."

"Nice place for a quiet dinner. Service was fast, courteous, and friendly. They don’t hover over you while you eat. My table was clean at my initial seating. Definitely a place to go to for a meal with the family or a place to grab a bite while the game is on."
