"Last few times I've come here. Waitstaff has been inattentive even though there were only a few other tables. Took. 10 mins to be seated and another 15 to get a waitress to take a drink order. There are 3 waitresses standing around and not coming over to any tables but are looking right at me. Please hire friendly people that are actually going to help customers. Waitress had me repeat my order 3x while putting it in to computer. Still did not get order correct. Love the food but thinking about never coming back due to horrible service last several times here."

"I recommend the coffee (hot). That was the best coffee I had in yrs. It was freshly brewed and very strong. Made at 1AM, just after midnight, Friday night into Saturday morning. I don't sleep anyway, so I don't mind drinking it at night that late. Service was great. She gave me a free vanilla shake because there was some leftover which would've been thrown out anyway. I used that shake for a coffee creamer. Delicious. The coffee was slightly overpriced at $4.06, but worth every cent."

"I ordered takeout for myself and my girlfriend. Ordered a double cheeseburger and fried chicken with extra mash and garlic bread. When we got the food it was cold, chicken was rubbery, cheeseburger had no flavor and they forgot to give us our extra mash potatoes and garlic bread. Called the store and the person I spoke to implied that she could have sworn the order was packed right. I could have went and picked up the missing items, however, the food and drive wasn’t worth it. I usually tip 20% for every place I go to, but this time around I can say that I regretted tipping them."
