"The usual setup for the Taco Bell inside and out. Food took about 10 minutes after sitting there ordering from my mobile app. These places always focus on the drive-thru first. There were quite a few dirty tables, so someone should have paid more attention to the dining room. The high chair had to be cleaned off before we could use it."

"Came down here in the middle of the night for a late night snack. The food was fresh they did give me a hard taco by accident, but I checked my bag before I pulled off from the window and they immediately gave me the rest of my correct order."

"I ordered online. Drove there and was told their system was down. My order was on screen after two minutes. Then they said they didn't have product. I asked which, they said any of it. They couldn't make the order. Could hear staff laughing and complaining in background. I asked for a refund with customer service and got a 5 dollar coupon but no refund. I still haven't gotten a refund over a week later. Sounds like they can only get high school employees with a shift lead who doesn't want to do any work. Last time I'll ever go there."

"Usually my orders are okay since I switched to making them all online. But it wasn’t even busy when I pulled through to pick up today and I paid $6 for one of the grilled cheese burritos but instead someone just threw in a value menu chipotle chicken burrito, which probably was someone else’s order so i feel bad if they get the wrong order too. I’m not super angry but just disappointed because I did pay more. Guess I should’ve checked my bag and completely unwrapped it the one entire time I didn’t check."
