"As Jose has expanded the shop and hired more barbers. the quality and customer service has gotten a lot worse. They are frequently late for appointments that are scheduled days in advance, it got so bad that I’ve stopped going. They give a really nice haircut, it’s too bad they got too big too quickly otherwise I’d still go."

"I agreed on a haircut in 40 minutes, when I arrive they are already cutting a man’s hair, then they tell me to wait an hour, I come early and again they tell me the same thing, not service but horror, they still can’t speak English! complete horror"

"Brought my 10 yo grandson to this establishment for a haircut… When we walked in, i spoke and no one responded then looked at me like i was crazy… it made me wonder if they had ever had black customers before.. even tho they clearly advertise David Ortiz on their website… I showed the barber a pic of my grandsons previous haircuts and then said specifically do not cut the sides low or give him a line up… he did both and then went on to use a str8 razor.. even tho the kid clearly kept moving away from it…. and on top of it all the haircut was absolutely awful…the kid is biracial and he refuses to comb it daily so the top is locking… i told him to use the scissors to cut them out… he didn’t do that and a lot of what he did cut was still in his hair because he didn’t wipe most of it off… I. cant tell u how their work is on a non black person… but if u are black please stay away!!!"

"Went yesterday for the first time and they have a new regular customer! Quick, clean and a good cut at a reasonable price… can’t ask for much more. Definitely recommend."

"I’m apprehensive going to new barber but one day I met Jose the owner and he showed me his work and pictures of him cutting famous athletes hair/beard then I thought why don’t I trust him and give it a shot, got the appointment and he was not in the store then the other guy said he is out lil busy and asked me to have a seat and he will take care of my hair and then he did magic in just few minutes which no one did as fast and as clean haircut. At the last he messed up my beard trim I understand it could be bcoz of the communication gap he only speaks Spanish and I don’t otherwise it’s 10/10. Good luck to Jose and team."
