"Came to my appointment 10 minute late, whoops I’m human. Before I could apologize or try to reschedule Alex already had a bad attitude just short of cursing me out. Been coming here for almost a year, no problem haven’t been late before. We all have personal things going on but don’t mean you take it out on others. Update: I arrived by Uber at 10:40 for my appointment. Most of the roads in Roxbury to Tremont were blocked off. I left because it was obvious he didn’t want to follow through with the appointment. And who would stay to let a pissed barber cut your hair?"
