Ware house of pizza

"I knew I was going to expect a wait time because of recent reviews I have read. So I did wait extra time because my chicken tender meal was forgotten (but they were worth the wait) I watched her hand dip the chicken. She did great. I have a couple suggestions but let me start by saying A+ for EFFORT and HARD WORK and GOOD FOOD. It is obvious, this is a first time run at a pizza shop. I have worked at one in the past. This restaurant needs 1. A waitress 2. Hire 1 additional cook and 1 additional on prep work. 3. Two separate lines up front, 1 for pick up and 1 for placing orders. (Hang signs) 4. Have a mini fridge for the front pick up line to hold condiment packets and side salads. I noticed customers condiments were often forgotten (including mine) so it should be kept near the "pick up" line up front. The pick up line attendant should be responsible for making sure the order slip is complete including side salads and making sure condiments are handed out. A little more organization with how you handle order slips in the back would help. No staff really knew what went with what order.. I understand this all costs money but I guarantee you, your reviews will go up and you will have many happy returning customers. I am a patient person so I will certainly be back. I enjoyed the food very much. I suggest customers be patient with the staff in regards to food time. The owners/staff are learning to provide our town with excellent food and service. They didn't move in to intentionally make bad business and close so please support them and make suggestions rather than complain and yell in their faces. "i was excited to have a new place to try; especially for grinders. there aren't any really good sub shops nearby. I got ham and cheese. the ingredients were just as i like, but there was 2 slices of meat on a 14" roll. ki"

"I've ordered twice since this place has opened and while I've seen some hiccups, overall I've been happy and will continue to order from here. The pizzas are good. Especially the small pizzas. My first order of a large pizza wasn't great. Floppy crust but tasted good. This second order included small pizzas and they were perfect. I've also ordered a steak and cheese grinder which tasted great but was a little on the small size for what I expected. But the cost was fair. I've also tried the jalapeno poppers and the chicken wings. Both were pretty good, cooked well but lacked a bit of flavor. Also, I've seen some confusion about people expecting to be served at the tables inside but I believe they are without a wait staff at the moment. So I think management needs to make a clear distinction that food needs to be ordered at the counter first. Overall, my advice is to give them a chance but be understanding that they are still working out some kinks and working with a pretty large amount of orders most of the time."

"A great new pizza place for the good ol town of ware. Owners were polite and very very friendly. Food was delicious and fresh. Will definitely be back for more!"
