"Called ahead of time, made an appointment and showed up on time to find out he was sitting someone down as I walked in So I waited until he was done but instead of calling me over he sits on his phone with his back to me, so unprofessional and a waste of time."

"Went with full beard and came out with a french beard. The guy said he would "trim a little bit, but he totally made it so small. My 3 months work is totally wasted. I am not saying they don't have experience but the barbar need to communicate to the customer more about what they are going to perform and what my expectations are. I am never going to go to this barber shop again. I couldn't even see myself in the mirror during the service to stop in the middle to stop this. It's a shame, had to work from home for 3 days before I could go out of house."
