"I honestly respected Shane's use to go when I was younger shop had a lot of good barbers. Now it's bad dude Sebastian cut me dude either got ADHD. Or on something he cuts you talks for about 5minutes. Then stops every 2 doing something else like cut my hair . Plus dude never on time with appointments. To make it all worst pushed my corners back wild disrespectful this close to losing my cool in the chair ."
"If I could give a zero stars I would. Had a 5pm appointment for my son and the barber took someone at 455 (who was basically already bald when he walked in) and we waited until 545 before leaving. The barber spent the entire haircut watching the tv music videos and on his phone. He spent about 10 minutes of the hour on the clients hair. It was so disrespectful of our time. And the other barbers who didn’t have anyone didn’t offer to take my son. 0/0 do not recommend."
"Best barber shop in the area, let alone Brockton. I've been going to Shane's for years now, and never been disappointed once. Even when I moved away I'd make the journey. Shane's the best, and from what I can tell from other customers - the rest of his staff is top notch as well. Easy street parking, friendly staff, and nice waiting area. Highly recommend."
