"Instant food poisoning. Diarrhea and vomiting for days. Not a very sanitary place. By any means. I should have known I'd get sick. Rudest owner I have ever met. Treats her employees and her patrons horribly. She literally wears the same clothes daily. JUST DISGUSTING. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

"Ordered here a few times having high hopes but I feel like it could be a little better. pricing is not bad it's the portions that were small we ordered 40$+ of food 20$ each and I was still hungry Carl's in Oxford will fill you up if they did it like Carl's portions I would say 5 stars"

"The owner is condescending and toxic. I would not recommend this business to anyone who appreciates the mom and pop type places. She fires employees without warning. She also has incredibly low standards. She has no personal hygiene awareness let alone standards for cleaning in a food environment. Beware going to the whistle stop"

"I have ordered here for years, I called this morning to order take out and was told they don’t do take out on the weekends. The place is a bit small, and tables fill up quickly, we also just like to order and sit and enjoy our meal at home like we have been doing for years. There is also no place where I have seen this information updated unless I have missed it. Some people can’t leave their houses at that. I hope in the future this will change, for the sake of those who can’t sit in small crowded place, or can’t leave their home. I also think that they could have been a little more polite about telling someone who has ordered there for years they no longer do take out on weekends. I’m just In shock guess. As for the questions below I did not order any because take out is not an option on weekends."

"We were excited to finally try the Whistle Stop soon after they opened. The service was some of the best we've had in recent memory. The coffee was good and strong, and the food was delicious. I probably should have taken the photo before slathering the plate with srichicha. We'll be back!"
