"DONT KNOW HOW THEY STAY OPEN. I just walked in to get a hair cut here. The person didn’t even bother to walk around to great us. Then I see they don’t take cards so I ask how much a hair cut is she says 20 dollars. I only have 21 dollars on me at the time and felt bad not being able to provide a tip. So I disappointedly say thank you and go to walk out then walk back in since there was flags and stuff all over their windows asked if they happen to do veterans discount, since I’ve been on two deployments and served for seven years active duty. She says no keep in mind this is all so I could just give a tip. Also I live within walking distance to this place I would have been a life long customer who went once a month. So they lost all that business just because she seemed like she was more Interested in watching tv than making money. Don’t know how this place stays open she could have offered me a one time discount of 18 so I could have gave at least a three dollar tip. It’s juat crazy to me how people rather just be lazy and lose a life long customer than just be nice to people. I’m a man and my hair is almost to my shoulders I’m in diar need of a hair cut and you can tell. Wasn’t even willing to work with me guess I’ll be going g to super cuts or some other barber that does offer veterans discount and are nice to their customers."

"Funny thing about North Reading, there must be 10 barber shops in town. I moved from the western 'burbs where everything is a 'salon', appointments and 40 minute waits are mandatory, and prices are higher. Not a single barbershop. This is a real barber shop, not a salon. Gets the job done. Even with four guys ahead of you, you only wait a half hour tops. Staffed by women. Walk ins. With this being ostensibly for men only, we are not held up by complicated cuts, washes and hot towels. Dispense with the chit chat. In and out. I go there everytime I remember to. Or when my wife says to!"
