"I made an appointment on April 14' for my father. The gentlemen I spoke to put him on the schedule for Tuesday April 18. My dad and I arrived for his haircut, No one could find the appointment that was made. Eddy saved us by fitting him in anyway. Thank you so much Eddy. Next time I will stop in to make his appointment. All the barbers at Josh's are very kind and friendly. Thank you again Eddy"

"I got my last two cuts at Josh's and they did a great job. BUT went there today early. I realize that Saturday's are the busiest days and wasn't hoping to get a cut. The shop was empty and I asked if they took cards because honestly I forgot. They didn't and it was stated it was by appointment only. No big deal.The guy didn't offer to make an appointment and seemed to be the least interested in talking to me and setting me up with an appointment. The shop was empty,no one in the chairs.I tipped him $10 when he cut my hair.last time for an $18 cut. I was a little put off because I even greeted him by name. Scrolling the phone was more important and the one barbershop that I thought I found was a turn off today."
