Dunkin'

"I like a very specific coffee a latte from Dunkin donuts and I get it hot I always get a large but I asked for it in an extra large cup for extra whipped cream and I always get it just how I want it I've never been turned down or told that that I'll have to buy an extra large in order to get the cup and that's what keeps me going to Dunkin donuts"

"just dont go here on sundays when the manager is off. the kids working inside dont give a DAMN when no ones overseeing the drinks"

"I am a regular so I may be a tad bit bias. I gave 3 stars for food because I don’t like Dunkin’s food in general- no matter where I go. Service is always great! They know me by name and often go above and beyond to assist me with whatever I want/need. 3 stars for atmosphere and that has nothing to do with the employees. It’s in a Sandri’s gas station so it’s a bit small, but there are a few small tables. It can get a little crowded during a busy time of day. The other reason is because there has been an on going issue with condensation on pipes (I’m told from the A/C) in the ceiling causing water to drip to the floor. One area is right by the straw/napkin station and where people could potentially be standing in line, so it drips on people. And the other spot I’ve seen is behind the counter but at least it doesn’t drip on any food station or coffee stuff."

"Lowering from 5* to a 3* rating. In the time since my last review this establishment has had some new hires, some of which are okay, but many are impatient, unwelcoming, and in some instances downright rude (in my experience). I went from always being content with my order, to constant dissatisfaction. I am always polite, and understanding that some days are harder than others, but I refuse to be treated with anything other than basic human decency when I enter a place of business."
