"I started with Impeccable right after they first opened. I encouraged others to help a new business get started and have been completely loyal to Rob for (what must be) over 3 years in cutting my hair and trimming my beard on a regular basis. I thought Rob was the nicest and best barber I have ever had. Now that they are established, it's become a different story. I stopped by yesterday just to make an appointment - something that would have taken 2 minutes. I waited for over 90 minutes. During that time, Rob had plenty of time between clients (he spent it talking to his friends) to break out his calendar to find some future date that would work for both of us. After waiting patiently, I left. Rob has apparently become too famous now to take care of those that helped him when his business was still new. I can't recommend a place that treats their loyal customers so badly once they become successful. It's too bad because I still think he is a decent barber, but now his customer service has deteriorated so much, I would never send anyone there."

I love how easy it is to book an appointment online, it's quick and easy, and you get a reminder the day before. Oh and they are quite busy - so I recommend booking an appointment. I leave there happy every visit!"
