"I had a disappointing experience at Wendy's today at 6:45pm. The menu display had no light and the area in general it’s very dark and you can’t even see the menu at all, it appeared to be out of service. I pulled up to the first window, they couldn’t take my order there and I was told to go around again and wait. I had to do it back where the menu was. Despite explaining my confusion, no one responded when I stopped at the window. This was not a satisfactory experience."
