"Xavier was by far my favorite Haircut person! This was my first time getting a haircut in a barbershop, and he really made me feel comfortable. Friendly and accepting. Made me look like an entirely different person! Went out of his way to even fix my eyebrows lol!"

"My first experience here was good, my second one was not. After booking an appointment online via the Shear Genius app and paying the dollar that it requires you to pay to make an appointment I arrived 10 minutes early to my 10:30 appointment that was "confirmed" to find out that my barber was unaware that he had an appointment for that time and was now overbooked because he had taken another appointment from one of his friends that called in, he seemed annoyed at me that he was overbooked. He offered to have me come back 4 hours later but I was unable to due to having to be at work which is why I made the appointment when I did. I reached out when I got to work to see if we could reschedule for the following day (as I didn't want to pay another deposit and while I know its only a single dollar its the principle of paying a deposit and never receiving services that bothers me) but was never contacted back. I would highly recommend staying away from this business and spending your money elsewhere."

"I sent my other half to their Plymouth Ave location about an hour ago as a walk-in. He ended up with a young kid named Carlos. My other half was nervous because he's not into the young cuts, fades, and cleaned up perfect look, he's older and just wanted a gentleman's cut. I'm a cosmetologist but didn't have time to do his hair. Carlos did awesome, especially given it was his first time doing this cut. Thank you for giving him exactly what he wanted!"

"Great place to get a quality haircut. My son and I both went there originally as walk ins. Both got a great haircut but had to wait a long time, they don't hurry when they cut your hair and its fun to listen to local talk. They do take appointments which I used the second time we went and it worked out great . All the barbers are good but Josh I think is one of the best. Go there and pick a barber and you'll get a good cut every time"
