"I felt like they were very unprofessional. I was in a car accident just before my appointment. I explained and even sent pictures of the car to him. I then asked if we can just reschedule since I paid him already through books and he refused to work with me. I didn't even want a refund at first I just wanted to get my haircut a different day so I saw he had openings a few days out and he still refused to fit me in on days with no other appointments."
