"I ordered a “Build Your Own Sundae” for delivery from this Friendly’s. It was supposed to be a medium sundae with vanilla ice cream, Reese’s Pieces Candy, cookie dough pieces, and Peanut Butter with no hot fudge and no cherry. I was given a sundae with hunka chunka PB fudge ice cream, a Reese’s Peanut Butter cup, hot fudge, and a cherry. This isn’t the first time they’ve gotten my order wrong, but I’d been looking forward to this all night and when I received the completely wrong order, I was very upset."

"Our stop on the way to NH at Friendly’s was apt and it served our purpose. The franchise has decent staff and the seating is clean and reasonable. Do try the ice-cream if the weather and your palette permits. The parking is conveniently situated by the door and is mostly available all the time."

"My shake was not very frozen, more like thick flavored milk. Good but not great and definitely not what I was hoping for. My bacon cheeseburger was good, standard but good. My waffle fries were pretty soggy. Maybe they got busy and my food sat too long? Not sure. I'll probably try a different location eventually but this experience didn't really make me want more any time soon. The dining area appeared very clean."

"Service was slow. Staff was overly loud. I'm loud so that says a lot. No one should ever have to order water. That's should be brought to the table when the order is taken. I was told one price for loaded waffle fries yet charged more. They weren't loaded. The service was just too slow."

"I'm a Friendly's life-long customer and I must say this location was very disappointing. We were in town from Connecticut and thought this Friendly's would be as good as the one in North Haven. It was NOT. The food was only ok, in part because I think they may have been short a cook. I actually sent back my buffalo chicken tenders because they had no flavor and were dry and cold. An all-around disappointing experience."
