"Recently moved to the area and was long overdue for a haircut and shave. Came in for a walk-in appointment and I was lucky enough to find Bao. He was perfect, took my few instructions and gave me a haircut that was exactly what I was looking for yet somehow even better. Highly recommend this place and Bao for sure!"

"Alan is good here. Respectful, kind, and understanding. Cuts hair well. But, do not get Bao. Guy isn't a man of his word and has an obnoxious attitude. Called to ask him if I could cancel and reschedule without a fee. He tells me about the policy and that I'd be charged a cancellation fee. I asked him if he could help me out and waive the fee for me. He said I got you bro. Hangs up suddenly. I call him back just to confirm that I won't be getting charged, because if I am, I'd rather come in. Told him I wanted to delay my haircut for a week to save money. He says I got you bro. Hangs up. I get charged the full price of the haircut the next day. Called back the next week to discuss the charge with him. He acts as if the only thing important is the policy and not what he verbally agreed to. Isn't a man of his word and acted like he was the man. Even if he doesn't cut hair well, would have scheduled him for my next cut and gave him a better tip if he was somewhat decent of a human being. Each time I'm there too he never has a reservation and takes walk ins. Would have costed him nothing. Manager says it's under his authority but have had a urgent reschedule with someone else there before and it was easy without charge. Also, Bao could have said he needed to speak to the manager instead of his saying Yes not once, but both times. Terrible communication skills and client relationship building."
