"Been coming here every week and never had bad service until today . The current manager is completely ignoring orders making ppl have to get in line and order again ,she's not good at customer service and does not handle her job description. Was too lazy to take the orders properly because she didn't want her line backed up . Horrible service ."

"I waited about 10 minutes at the speaker, then another 10 for my food. They parked me cause their time was high, but if my order was taken right away instead of having me at the speaker for so long, the times wouldn’t be high. There was no cars in line which makes it worse! I also asked for no ketchup or pickles and still got it! Waited and my food was not even fresh. I don’t mind waiting but at least give me fresh food if I’m waiting so long."

"Stood there for ten minutes with only one person in front of me and the employees just ignored the counter. Place was filthy. Wanted just a quick bite before a two and a half hour drive. It's a shame fast food isnt fast anymore and custom service is horrendous."

"Served me a warm shake. It just tasted like hot, warm syrup. I would’ve been fine if y’all just said we’re out but instead you took my money and served me a warm shake really annoying."

"Alot better experience than had with Sunny Side up restaurant for takeout. Employees are more friendlier and courteous and service was prompt. At times they could get orders wrong but that's understandable with the amount of customers they deal with at drive thru and over the counter."
