": Extremely Disappointing Haircut Experience - Zero Respect for Customer Review: I recently had a haircut at [Sonny’s], and I must say that it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Not only did I receive a bad haircut, but the overall lack of respect towards customers was truly appalling. To begin with, the stylist seemed disinterested and rushed from the moment I sat in the chair. There was no friendly greeting or attempt to understand my desired hairstyle. It was as if my presence was an inconvenience to them. As the haircut proceeded, it became evident that the stylist had little skill or attention to detail. They seemed to be going through the motions without taking the time to ensure a quality result. The final outcome was far from what I had described or expected. It was evident that they lacked the necessary expertise to deliver a satisfactory haircut. What was even more disheartening was the complete disregard for customer satisfaction. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the cut, the stylist became defensive and dismissive. Instead of offering a solution or attempting to rectify the situation, they made me feel like I was at fault for not liking their work. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the salon was unwelcoming and unprofessional. The staff members were engaged in personal conversations, neglecting their responsibilities and making customers feel like an afterthought. As a paying customer, I believe that I deserved better treatment and a haircut that met my expectations. I regret choosing [Sonny’s] and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their hairstyling needs. The lack of respect, skill, and customer-oriented service I encountered during my visit was truly disheartening."

"Love it here! I just recently shaved my very long hair because why not! After about 2 months I desperately needed some shaping & clean up. it took me a solid 3 weeks to walk into Sonny’s. I was so nervous to go to a barber shop and be in a different environment not even really knowing what I was asking for. I will definitely be back! The environment was comfortable, she was so kind to everyone and the pupper is just the cherry on top! Will definitely continue coming here & recommend!"

"Great little barbershop on the north east end of Manchester. Excellently priced haircuts with even better results. You definitely get exactly what you want for what you pay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their hair cut. Update (October 2022): Would still highly recommend."
