"My husband really enjoyed getting his haircut here, however their customer service in the area of booking and keeping appointments is not good. More than once they either did not show for his scheduled appointment time or cancelled last minute (same day). Unfortunately we will be looking for a new barber."

"I'm really disappointed with my experience. After waiting 3 weeks for a haircut, they cancelled on me when I showed up. They rescheduled me for another 2 weeks later. When I got a haircut elsewhere and tried to cancel my appointment through their app, the link didn't work. I also tried to call numerous, but no one answered. Regrettably, I'm now out $50 because of their late cancellation. If you're in need of a reliable service, you might want to think twice before scheduling a haircut here"

"I've had the super clips and the great cuts before. No analogy will accurately compare the mall haircuts to The Polished Man. I've been coming here for 4 years now, and the cut and experience is always top notch. I have my locker filled at waiting for me each month, and look forward to downtime after work to get a great haircut and beard trim. Saying haircut seems to miss the point, it's more than a haircut. A haircut is done with dollar store scissors by your aunt out on the back deck. This is an experience by true professionals - shout out to Lynn!"

"I brought my 1.5 year old son here and we had Sam. She did an amazing job!! She is very skilled at cutting toddlers’ hair perfectly even if they’re moving around. The prices are fair. It’s super easy to book and pay online. I definitely recommend and will be bringing him back!"
