"After 5 years of trying to find a solid barbershop that listens to everything I say and genuinely took their time to do it right, this is the spot. I came in uncertain cause I’ve been through too many shops that have also had good reviews but the barbers always fell short of my expectations. Placing my appointment I didn’t select a specific barber, all I did was leave a message saying someone who works well with straight hair. I walk in and I’m greeted by Dangel, so I do my usual show a photo/ video of the last real time I was happy with a cut, he takes his time and looks at ALL angles. Sad to say but that was actually a first someone told me go back I wanna see this side, again, back and fourth till he knew exactly what he was gonna do. At that point I’m hopeful cause he’s already taking more time than ANY shop I’ve been to in the past 2-3 years just to see what I wanted. Most barbers go ok ok I see and then go. Anyways. Immediately after getting a good view of every side he just GOES, starts with the fade off the rip. Doesn’t even hesitate to just do what he naturally does, usually it’s difficult to find a communicative barber that will listen, and still chat while doing what they do best. In the span of just short of an hour Dangel tells me about himself and I get a genuine feel for him and his skill and knowledge being a barber and man did he not disappoint. Explains how he’s been doing it since he was young and if I remember correct it was like 15 years of solid work, I’m picky on who cuts my hair cause I don’t want any regular dude who just rents a chair in a shop and just does it for a quick bill. As Dangel’s finishing the fade and making his way to the top of my head for a trim I get a quick glance and man this guy knows his stuff, and with such speed I mean it was crazy. At that point I knew I had a new go to barber. Without it even being done, I knew he wasn’t gonna make one single mistake. By the end of it I was shocked how he got every single aspect of what I was looking for, I have such a simple style but oddly every single barber I go to manages to mess it up somehow, maybe that’s me being super picky but whoever you are, you’re gonna want your hair to look how YOU want it. If you’re in that same situation of trying to find a solid barber to rely on, do not hesitate to check this place out and book Dangel. You won’t regret it and you’ll be surprised at how much time and patience he has and just pure skill. Make your appointment, you won’t regret it."
