"My husband took my son here this weekend for a trim of his long hair. They tried to explain that he was just looking to have the bangs trimmed and a bit of shaping since his hair is long and he was hoping to keep it that way. There was significant misunderstanding and my son came home with a very short hair cut. It was a nice haircut but VERY different from what he wanted and he was devastated to loose all of his long hair. My son is also very ticklish and the barber was a bit rough with him telling him to "relax" and "not move" . I realize now that a barber is probably not the plance to go if he wants to grow his hair out and keep it long. Lesson learned."

"Always clean the barbers are always professional, polite, they always clean the clippers before they cut the hair right in front of you and they get my son's hair done fast enough that he's not squirming and dieing to get out the chair by the time there done with his ADHD it's hard to have him sit for long periods of time but they always get it done and it always looks awesome I'll never go to another barber as long as I live in Lowell! They are the best!"
