"I saw myself in the mirror one day, and realized I needed a haircut. I stopped into one place, and a woman approached me shaking her head "No." No matter what I said, I got the same reaction. I walked a little further and saw The Real Barbershop. Cut to the chase. This place has never once refused my business. It's true that i may be the only person in there who has English as a primary language. No matter which barber cuts my hair, we always manage to figure out my cut, and I have never left unhappy. One of the Master Barbers who works there, Edson, cuts my hair when he can fit me in. He knows what I want, so I don't have to tell him. I recently found out they now make appointments. Another reason for me to go back. The first salon where I was refused service is now a cool little bodega. Enough said."
