"This is quite the local staple. The staff here were very friendly and professional. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the decorations all throughout the establishment. I enjoyed their take on eggs Irish Benedict. Instead of an English muffin the had a piece of cornbread which was nice. Parking is convenient and accessible right in front. Kind of a mudpit with the weather. I am looking forward to going back again soon!"
"Solid breakfast spot. It's small, so be prepared to wait during prime time, but the wait is worth it. The pancakes are especially good, and there are many egg and griddle options to please everyone in your party."
"It wasn't just the small cockroach floating in the coffee refill--it was the Server's complete lack of surprise or concern. We were at outside table (good for them for doing that) & excited to be back in the area. Was a local regular years ago. Wanted to become regulars again, especially knowing Rt.9 construction affected businesses. But we won't be back. Not until Stables advertises they had a deep cleaning or new management. Thankfully, other breakfast places in the area."
"First the positive, good country type atmosphere and the reception said a 5 minute wait and that was accurate. Now, the parking lot must have been last done in the 20s the 1920s, the coffee was weak and somewhat watery, the home fries were terrible and burnt to Hades, the WW toast was nothing and the omelet was decent w/ hash ! Besides all that a great experience lol. Thanks Dennis"
"Great breakfast place for an affordable price! We got the homemade Hash n Eggs (off menu item offered daily) and the Farmer Brown breakfast special with waffles substituted for pancakes. Sampled my friends pancake, both the waffles and pancakes were drier than preferred but I think the waffle has better flavor. Future customers would likely be satisfied with the staple eggs, potatoes (really good! Crispy outside, soft inside), homemade hash, and sourdough toast."
