"Marguerite Mathews, She is a creative artist improving all the time."
"Pontine Theatre's production of Zest Fest at their beautiful, intimate theatre space, Plains School at 1 Plains Avenue in Portsmouth, New Hampshire was a hoot! As one of the performers (Magician BJ Hickman), it was a pleasure working with Marguerite Mathews and Gregory Gathers of Pontine Theatre once again. In addition to New Hampshire, we had audience members from Maine, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. A fun group!"
"Never gone inside unfortunately, but from the outside it's well kept and looks in nice repear."
"Lovely little community art space."
"Small, intimate theatre; very welcoming staff, very reasonable price for the tickets ~ the seats are a bit hard on an older back, otherwise this would have been a five star review. The actors did a marvelous job! We only wish the house lights had not come up quite so quickly at the end of the performance, so we would have sustained our applause long enough for the individual actors to come back out for their very well-deserved individual accolades. Also, the director & the writer were both in the house and very much deserved recognition. Each of them truly deserved the positive feedback for their efforts, but when the exit was "opened" and the lights came up right after the cast's first (& only!) bow, (which struck us as unfortunate timing), everyone in the audience took it as a signal to leave & so there was no opportunity (as is traditional) to show the individual actors our appreciation!"
