"My coworker and I went to the Pittsfield mass location. We ordered take out. We changed our mind after receiving our food. We went and sat at the bar and ordered two sodas. The lady running the bar was extremely rude. She slamed our cups down. Forcefully yanked the receipt and bank card away from us. We will definitely not be returning. We will try Teo's instead."
"The place was super busy, but we were able to find a table quickly. The service was quick, and the food was quite tasty. We ordered the fried green beans as our appetizer. They were perfectly fried and the sour cream and horseradish dip was delicious. We ordered three of their baby hot dogs with "everything" (special sauce, mustard, and onions. The baby hot dogs are about 3.5 " long and simply adorable. They were yummy. My husband ordered their Texas burger, it does not come with a side. It would have been nice if our server had pointed this out. The patty looked dry but overall it was okay. I ordered the buffalo mac & cheese. The portion was sizable and nicely presented in a sizzling cast iron skillet. It had some heat but not a lot of buffalo flavor. It was cheesy and had a few pieces of chicken throughout. I enjoyed the meal."
"Place was slammed busy. Walk in and seat yourself, no waiting to be seated. I was quite pleased with the "baby hot dogs" they were really good. I ordered 2 of those with "everything" really tasty. I also ordered the burger with hot dog sauce, onions, and cheese. I had my burger medium well and came out perfect. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here. It is a place that if I lived closer to I would be a regular."
"Fun atmosphere. Seemed a little bit of everyone was there, but not painfully crowded. Food was excellent!! Our server was wonderful and very pleasant. We intend to be regulars despite the distance from our home!"
"Another local restaurant bites the dust. I've been getting dogs here since childhood and the two things everyone knew: Only get the dogs and always get takeout. Before it closed the Lyman street location actually had a reinforced steel door between the bar and the takeout. Those dogs were great though! While inflation and the move to the former Jimmy's location has taken its toll. The dogs are crazy expensive now. I get it, it's a business so, let's try something else. A friend said the chicken parm was very good. Pretty sure this was a joke. Pictured is what I got. Over-fried frozen chicken strips already cold at pickup. I think there might have been a slice of American cheese under neath but it had already congealed the bun, cheese and chicken stick into a single, inedible mass. I'll miss the dogs but this will final memory from a once great local joint."
